3. Scope of Services

LawnCoach provides a mobile application that generates personalized lawn care plans using AI technology. The app offers scheduling, product recommendations, and educational content for lawn maintenance.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to use the app in accordance with applicable laws. The lawn care recommendations provided are for informational purposes and may vary based on local conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the LawnCoach app and website are the intellectual property of Markus Kosak unless otherwise noted.

6. Limitation of Liability

LawnCoach provides lawn care advice on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any damage to lawns, gardens, or property resulting from following the app's recommendations. Product recommendations include affiliate links; prices and availability are determined by third-party retailers.

7. LawnCoach Pro Subscriptions

LawnCoach may offer paid auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly and yearly plans. The exact product, trial period, price, billing period, renewal date, taxes, and App Store terms are shown in Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.

If a free trial is offered, access starts immediately. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial or before the next renewal according to Apple's cancellation rules, the subscription converts to a paid auto-renewable subscription. Billing and renewal are handled by Apple through your Apple ID.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

LawnCoach Pro can include features such as expanded photo analysis, coach access, weather-based care logic, product planning, annual care planning, reminders, and partner-price or discount-link features where available. Partner prices, products, and availability can change and may depend on country, retailer, season, stock, and the active paid subscription state. If a trial does not include partner-price access, this is stated in the app before purchase.

The "Restore purchases" function lets you ask Apple to resync eligible App Store purchases and active subscriptions to the app.

8. Subscription Changes

We may update subscription features, prices, or plan names from time to time. Price changes for existing auto-renewable subscriptions are handled through Apple and, where required, require your consent or advance notice through Apple.

9. Optional TikTok Content Posting

The LawnCoach sharing page lets you connect a TikTok account and transfer a video you select only after your express confirmation. “Upload as a draft” sends the video to your TikTok inbox for you to review, edit, and publish in TikTok. “Direct Post,” when authorized by TikTok, submits the video with the caption, visibility, interaction, commercial-content, and AI-generated-content settings that you review and select on the LawnCoach page.

Every transfer requires you to preview the selected video and take the final posting action. LawnCoach does not silently select an audience, enable interaction options, mark content as commercial or AI-generated, or post a video in the background. TikTok may limit an unaudited integration to private test posts and may process, moderate, delay, restrict, or reject any draft or post under its own rules.

For Direct Post, LawnCoach may place the selected video in short-lived private storage so TikTok can retrieve it from a signed lawncoach.net address. The private copy is deleted after TikTok reports a terminal result or after no more than 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You may upload only content that you own or have permission to use and must respect the rights and privacy of everyone shown. You remain responsible for the caption, hashtags, chosen audience, music rights, and any advertising, sponsorship, commercial-content, paid-partnership, or other disclosure required by law or TikTok. You must truthfully identify AI-generated and commercial content where required.

You can disconnect the LawnCoach session at any time. LawnCoach removes the local connection and requests token revocation from TikTok; TikTok-side revocation is best effort if TikTok is temporarily unavailable. Disconnecting does not remove drafts or posts already submitted to TikTok. Availability depends on TikTok's services, permissions, audits, and rules.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and process your data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
